~ Would you like to express yourself with greater clarity
while communicating with others at a deeper more meaningful level?
~ Do you sometimes struggle to understand your own feelings and needs as well as those of others?
~ Do you avoid conflicts because you lack the tools to resolve differences peacefully
and in ways that bring you closer to others?
Compassionate Connections is a body of work and practices to facilitate greater understanding, love and authentic communication between people. It is informed by the school of Non-Violent Communication, and delivers many accessible and practical steps to help understand why we communicate the way way do, and how to step into effective methods of communicating that help make life more wonderful. Of all of the modalities I have studied over the years, the knowledge held through the Compassionate Connections work is the most influential in my relationships. I use these tools every single day; by myself, with others, in all of my interactions. It is the first thing I want to share with my clients, and It is one of the things that I believe can make the greatest difference in our lives and evolution as a species.
"Marya is one of the clearest humans I have met in my life. The way that she loves people has inspired me for the years I have known her. When she speaks to people, young, old, weak or strong her respect for their being shines through above everything else. It is these qualities that make her a phenomenal communication guide. She is constantly bringing love to the table in creative conscious ways that inspire these qualities in others. What a wonderful being to be around and make contact with!"

" That workshop was amazing! Thank you so much for that! It is still rippling through the deep waters of my emotional awareness and really helping me unlock some places that have been obscured by fear and mental confusion. Talk about an inner magnifying glass!! It's really helping me see and approach some places that were previously "off limits" cause I didn't have the confidence or competence to be able to understand and give voice to certain feelings, thoughts and needs."- Theo Brauma
